Certificate IV in Business
This course aims to further the skills and knowledge related to the basic day-to-day administration of a business. This qualification is designed to provide students with necessary skills to perform the roles as Supervisor, Team Leader or Middle Management in different environments.
Diploma of Business
This course will provide students with a broad understanding of contemporary business practices and equip students with the knowledge and skills that will boost their business opportunities and employability. This course prepares students to perform effectively in a business environment.
Advanced Diploma of Business
This course is designed to provide students with necessary skills to perform the roles as Supervisor, Team Leader or Middle Management in different environments. Students will gain the skills and knowledge necessary for a business environment, explaining how they contribute to organisational objectives and teach skills needed to work within these functions.
Diploma of Leadership and Management
This course is designed for those looking to develop their management skills in any industry or organisational setting. This course covers important areas as a manager and a leader in an organisation and how to manage many of the critical functions in every organisation, including teams, projects and more.
Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
This course will strengthen your leadership skills and abilities in all areas of management. You will be guided on how to successfully oversee specific projects and drive departments to successful outcomes. The qualification will give you the tools you need to confidentially pursue a leadership role.

Business & Management Trainer
With 15 years hospitality management experience and six years of direct institutional experience, Jill has vast experience in both industries which incorporate learning and training. Jill’s credentials include a Double Diploma in Vocational Education and Training (VET) and Training Development and Design (TDD), TAE40116 Training and Assessment, Advanced Diploma in Business and Leadership and Management, Honours in Hospitality Management from APSI’s partner university Edith Cowan University.
Deb Kerrison
Business Development and Leadership Trainer
With 20 years of experience in Management and People Development, Deb has extensive experience in coaching and mentoring to individuals, groups and organisations. Deb completed her Master of Business Leadership at Curtin Graduate School of Business. She has a particular passion for people development, team building, and growing business and leadership capacity. Her motto is: ‘Who dares to TEACH must never cease to LEARN’.
